		<description>My observations are that this &#039;analysis&#039; makes no mention of external costs of motoring, such as congestion. Such a glaring omission must surely make the rest of the author&#039;s &#039;analysis&#039; deeply suspect. I suspect that it&#039;s about as valuable as the arguments that cycling produces more CO2 than a car - not much.
I failed to find any evidence that this paper was ever peer-reviewed, which means of course that it&#039;s not good enough for publication in a relevant journal, which in itself speaks volumes.</description>
