		<description>This is not a very balanced, well researched, or interesting article. Carbon trading has been quite successful in Europe. Carbon cannot solve the problem on its own, but coupled with other mechanisms carbon trading schemes can have positive effect. 

Starting an article with &quot;bullshit&quot; in the first sentence is reason enough to stop reading.</description>
