What about magnet generators, ocean powered wave farms, perpetual motion generators or at least windmills and ethanol.

		<description>I think this has brought to light real subtlety that many, including myself, would have missed.  As the other comment said - all he/we need now is for the politicians to get the picture - and after that, DO something to impliment what he suggests !</description>
