Methane from rotting rubbish, for instance - if used as fuel instead of being let into the atmosphere - is a &quot;double whammee&quot; since, Ii believe, it is a far worse GHG than CO2.   Spending a lot - creating a great Green Show - if it is on equipment that does not perform well - is worse than doing nothing.  &quot;Modern windfarms&quot; are the prime example of this.</description>
