		<description>Please get your energy and power units sorted-out.  It isn&#039;t funny to be talking of &quot;Power per day&quot;.  This is a meaningless unit.  I have to assume that you meant &quot;kW-hrs per day&quot; ?
   The &quot;picture&quot; that this report gives, is, I feel,  all too valid, and very worrying.
    I point-out to &quot;DECC&quot; - for instance - that &quot;windfarms&quot; don&#039;t, in fact, help in their current form since they take more energy to create that they return in their expectable lifespan, and that it IS - in fact - quite possible to get a self-sustaining quantity of energy from a sensible design of Turbine-Alternator Device - but they appear to be still investing at the fraction of 1% p.a. of &quot;modern windfarms&quot;.  Orders have been halved for a place in Spain, I see, so there is a spark of hope there.</description>
