Beached Whales: Nearly 50 Stranded Whales Discovered
According to press reports, nearly 50 pilot whales were found stranded on an Argentine beach over the weekend. Two workers discovered the whales in the province of Chubut in the coastal region of Bustamante Bay on Sunday. All of the whales have died.

Mass strandings of whales are not uncommon. Although the exact cause is unknown, some believe the strandings occur due to navigational problems, magnetic field issues or possible 
illness. Pilot whales normally travel in large groups, are very social and follow the leader.
Experts from the Patagonia National Center are investigating the incident. There appears to be no visible sign of external injuries. This is the same area where hundreds of pilot whales died in 1991.

Sometimes, I think the only certainty humanity has is the destruction of every other species on the Earth.
Wittingly and unwittingly we destroy more and more each minute, hour, day… and we’ll do so until there are no apes, whales, big cats, elephants… why - because money is more important to us.
