HHO or Brown’s gas is produced from electrolysis of water. No water is harmed in the process. Burn HHO and it converts to pure water.
I don’t know about the output of breaking down water with lasers but I would expect it is the same…Hydrogen and Oxygen.

All free energy devices work the same way in that they use acceleration to convert mass into the atomic energy contained within the mass. Acceleration is the key to doing that.

A laser is a form of acceleration and ultrasonic energy in a resonant cavity is also a form of acceleration.

Actually Susanna made the most stupid comment.

When water burn, it turns back into water and pure fresh water at that. Secondly, when ozone is combined with steam to form H2O2, oxygen is released into the air due to the extra O atom and is the reason the exhaust of a pure water car is 28% O2.

And lastly, nobody stated that only pure water is required. ANY water will work.

The process is: Make steam + ozone to produce H2O2.

Shatter the H2O2 in a resonant cavity that is polarized.

Recycle the O back through the process.

The result is clean water and free energy due to mass to atomic energy conversion resulting from acceleration.

Wait, so using the world’s most critical dwindling resource (fresh WATER) is not an environmental impact? “the generation of hydrogen for use as fuel.”

Unless you’re using sea water, this is a horrible use for water. We need water for a million higher purposes before we should use it for FUEL.
