Buck for Charity: Pulling Together to Make a Difference

A group of eco-bloggers is collecting cash for charity and letting us choose who benefits!

Summer is a tough time for a lot of charitable organizations. Combine that with recent economic woes, and you’ve got a problem. That’s why The Good Human and Twilight Earth, along with The Grass Stain Guru, Lighter Footstep, My Green Side, The Smart Mama, A Little Greener Every Day, Fake Plastic Fish, Allies Answers, and Natural Papa have set up a cheap an easy way for you to get involved! All they’re asking is that folks donate one little dollar and vote for the charity they want to support. At the end of the Buck for Charity drive, they’ll tally the poll results and the top two will share the wealth.

The deadline to donate and vote is Wednesday, July 8th, so if you want to get involved, you’ll need to do it in the next couple of days. Of course, if you can donate more than a dollar, more power to you! 100% of the donations are going to charity, so don’t be shy. The five charities you can choose from are:
