		<description>Yes! Definitely we need to use these older, proven techniques of using solar power.  We would have been using them quite heavily over the last 100 years, if we had not been holding down the price of fossil fuel energy.  CSP can be developed for small and dispersed use, too.  That way you bypass the losses of transmission.  But don&#039;t burden the net with your excess (as we&#039;ve done with PV), unless it actually is profitable for the net.  The net has burden enough.</description>
