The EU is certainly being pressured into preserving bluefin. My friend writes for a website that covers this subject. He wrote on 15 December: “An EU fisheries policy meeting next week will now have to agree either a complete ban on the trade in bluefin or at least a cut in annual quotas.”

The fishing saison of Turkey it´s open early this year 15 th of April 2009. How come?? The shedule was 01 May 2009. The seas in Turkey are rarely empthy from the big fishing trolls. Why EU does´nt come to says propre worlds to stop overfishing in Turkey. It is yours duty too!!!
