Thanks for this posting - it is so great to see musicians coming together to encourage their fans to reduce their carbon footprint.  Close to 80% of a concerts CO2 emissions comes from transportation and a big part of that is attributable to fans traveling to the show.  Ridesharing is a logical solution because when you double up you cut down on CO2.
