		<description>My husband and I were on the Oregon coast March 2-6, 2009 and saw a sea otter by Heceta Head.  He played, rolled, groomed, hunted.  It was a wonderful sight.  Tried to get a picture, but couldn&#039;t get a clear one.</description>
