		<description>Goverments should be interested in biogas. It&#039;s not aviable to provide biotechnologies in ex.USSR, for example, because of lack of money. They need investition, but economics of ex.USSR countries is not good enough to have no doupts about ROI. </description>

Although it makes for a clever headline, diminishing the impact of what is happening with untreated waste is counterproductive.  There are literally hundreds of millions of tons of manure generated every year in the U.S. When managed irresponsibly, not only does its energy value remain untapped, but it finds its way into our air, water and soil in problematic concentrations.

Addressing waste on this large of a scale should be taken seriously.</description>
