Bad guess. Who in all the Americas has the reputation of invading
and taking the wealth of other countries. What wolf are most smaller
countries afraid of. Colomia could never threaten Brazil.

EUA is a enemy of Brazil. Brazil is more rich country of the EUA compare, in mineral, energetic, food and hydric resources.

The niobium only exist in Brazil (98%), for exemple.

Brazilian nuclear weapons are development since 1979, in a secret military program “Solimoes Project” (15, 32 and 58 Kilotons is avaiable).
Brazil never stop this secret nuclear project.

what difference does this make? they aren’t being an aggressor they are simply putting themselves in position to protect themselves. pacifism is all nice and dandy but as Albert Einstein found out with his adamant support of pacifism it can become a scary world out there quickly and your country may have to defend itself.
