The fact of the matter is that cities like Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles, use the water from the Colorado irresponsibly and are overpopulated in general. A drought would be good to force them to realize how precarious of a lifestyle they live. Instead of complaining about the quality of the water from the Colorado River, we should be complaining about how too many people are drinking from the same source.
