I myself am an Albanian, and I am very disgusted by it. As 'Mike' has said, the 250 windmills make this project sound very green, but it actually uses gas to create most of the energy. The proposed area is very beautiful and the amount of pollution is unimaginable. How dare these grease ball italians do this to this lovely area of Albania. This just shows how weak and desperate for money the government is.
