		<description>Although this seems like a good resource for communities impacted by disaster, it can not be stressed enough that FEMA and more specifically, the Federal government are NOT responsible for housing individuals following a disaster. 
We (locals) hold that responsibility and even with that, the individual holds even more of the overall responsibilty. 50 years ago no one would have thought that the government was primarily responsible for personal care. How have we moved this far from center?
If individuals begin to prepare by purchasing units like this or other methods of housing then thank goodness. But lets try to get them started with purchasing weather radios and emergency water supplies before we sell tents and sanitation services.....</description>
