		<description>I would agree that there must be far more have nots (in monetory terms) than have.  Most of the have nots also are those who have most to worry about climate change, and as stated they are also the ones who contribute the least to the causes of climate change.
The big problem is that those who have the most money, contribute the most to global warming also have the most power and voice.</description>
