Having lived in Delhi for almost 16 years i have continually been plagued by water woes. I think in this race for creating this urban jungle we have put the foresight of the the by gone era into the deep recesses of our memory. It is time we wake up and revive the baolis and step wells and make them operational. To attain this goal we need to sensitise our children .
