what if this building was used as a geenhouse, to grow fruit and vegetables to sustain enough food for a major city. have huge fans taking in carbons and realsing oxygenated air. not to mention cutting on shipping costs and fossil fuel consumption for transportation of freight.don’t tell the farmers.

I have no doubt that if anyone can pull this off, it will be the engineers of Dubai. Unfortunaely, all of their best intentions so far haven’t exactly been environmentally friendly.

Yes, this is a wonderful press release. The devil, I’m afraid, will be in the details. Does “debut” mean the building will open? Or that ground will be broken? Sounds like a model will be on display at Cityscape…

I wonder if cyclone club (the infamous 5 star brothel of Dubai) will open a branch in this 5 star Ziggurat! Dubai is the capital of prostitution and women trafficking of the Middle East, which is another thing for them to be proud of!
