		<description>the idea is good..to get good yield crop the land has to be fertile butwhen the land is barren its of no use..lets asume that the land is fertile,to get the 1st yield it takes 5 yrs.. and latter on in the next 10 yrs the plant make the fertile land barren.. Its sad to know ppl are over looking this for their personal benifit..
