With all the sun light that is available in the worlds deserts we should be able do reduce the need for oil world wide. The farming of algae in tropical areas can produce enough fuel that is carbon neutral to run all the econnomies on this planet. We only need to get started. The people with the money and power who can ensure the changes we need must be convinced that the change is imperitive for the servival of our species. With out this kind of enlightenment amongst our world leaders and big conglamorents on this planet we will not see enough change soon enough to save our asses never mind save a buck or two.
