I do not think that because it is in Lima necessarily means it is a bad situation. In fact the public zoo in Lima.. Yes! we have another zoo in Lima.. surprise? Well the public zoo in Lima is in much better shape than this private one. And also, we do have other zoos all over Peru... Peruvians (kids and adults) love animals and green spaces too. So, zoos are very important. I am sad that the Huachipa zoo now is in bad shape. Four years ago, it was very nice and had a lot of educational programs. Rawlsont, not to offend Americans, but I went to visit several zoos there and I would give them a D too. I do not think that because it is in Lima necessarily means it is a bad situation.
