I’m Mavis D’souza from Borivili, Mumbai. I have been
a volunteer and had been teaching English Speaking
at Don Bosco’s Prayas Kendra. The students were
mainly housewives who required to boost their confidence levels and needed ‘working knowledge’ of
English.. for daily conversation. Presently there is
no batch and I’m free to devote my time to the underpriviledged children. I would like to take this
opportunity to reach out and join the campaign in
teaching underpriviledged children.

I would be grateful to be given the opportunity to teach the underpriviledged children.
I have been a volunteer and taught English Speaking
at Don Bosco’s Prayas Kendra. The students were mostly educated housewives (with lack of confidence) and wanted to have working knowledge of English ..for daily conversation, and build their confidence levels. I can spare the
required time of 2 hours per week, more if necessary.

Why this Teach India project is restricted to Ahmedabad and a city from Maharashtra ?

I am at Vallabh Vidyanagar and would like to do something fruitful about it
