Did Tom Feegel discuss how to encourage customers to feel they are &quot;part of the solution&quot; by using a product, while not alienating most consumers? As I posted, a Hartman Group study showed that companies need to be careful about how they describe a green product&#039;s benefits, so that it directly affects the consumers and is not just about intangible improvement of the environment on a global level.
