“Sustainable” is the magic word, but remember to include maintenance and future replacement costs too!
Careful use of solar energy such as using LED lights, microwave cooking, solar cooking, transformerless appliances, solid state refrigeration systems and well insulated, smaller, better planned homes will yield a happier American way of life. If we could only get the commercial world behind this our problems would soon diminish!

This is Great to hear, I wish more people focused their efforts toward creating a more sustainable future
